There are several ways to help through donation.
Money is one way. Money helps pay for medications and support staff. It will keep the lights on and keep the shelter warm; it will pay for water and required cleaning. Even a dollar helps, especially if everyone is aware of the need and many people give. Please give what you can. We appreciate it. Please take all donations directly to the SPCA shelter (see visit location)
Giving gently used items goes a long way. Here are some things the SPCA needs:
* Food and water bowls (stainless preferred, but will accept any) for dogs or cats
* Cat litter boxes (small ones - even plastic shoe boxes will work)
* Cat litter, preferably clay or pellet type like Yesterday's News or generic brand
* Newspapers
* Cat and dog toys (no rubber balls)
* Towels
* Transport kennels for cats or dogs
* Cleaning supplies like bleach, glass cleaner, spray bottles, paper towels, Fabulouso cleaner and disinfectant
Please make sure gently used items are cleaned before you donate them.
